Is Ghana prepared for a Tsunami? Early Warning System may save lives

Considering that many are predicting more extreme weather and the possibility of higher sea levels, is Ghana investing the capital and human resources to deal with potential crises? Are there any early warning systems in place to warn people to move inland and seek higher ground? Sometimes there can be an hour or more before a tsunami hits, so a warning system can save many lives.

Also, for tsunamis and even severe hurricanes, there should be procedures in place to rapidly shut down and fortify oil production platforms and wells, and these should be tested in simulation drills.
